Job Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Files and verifies all board documents and publishes updates for all members.
  2. Supports the onboarding process and collects and preserves all volunteer files.
  3. Schedule quarterly meetings with all department CEOs for future planning.
  4. Record meeting minutes at all board meetings.
  5. Minimum: 3 hours a week.

Skills & Qualifications

  1. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Passion for the cause.
  3. Highly creative, organized, self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team with little direction.
  4. The capability of meeting tight deadlines. The ability to prioritize essential tasks.
  5. Proficient with Google Suite & DocHub applications, filing, and permissions.
