Design Manager

Job Duties & Responsibilities

1. Execution & alignment of all designs, appropriate to the product & consistently with a design brief.
2. Creatively translating ideas and concepts into designs.
3. Partnering with sales, marketing and other departments to meet or build consumer demand for each product.
4. Incorporating new trends to update products/designs.
5. Minimum: 2 hours a week.

Skills & Qualifications

1. Apparel/fashion design or equivalent experience.
2. Must have a high proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop & GSuite.
3. Understanding of products, product development process and the specific targeted consumer.
4. Industry and consumer trend knowledge.
5. Strong project planning, organizational & time management skills, and a high level flexibility & initiative.
6. Attention to detail.
7. Team player.
8. Able to manage deadlines, be flexible with change, drive to timely resolution.
9. Passion for the cause.
